In this survey, 6500 export enterprises were randomly selected nationwide, and 6498 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective questionnaire rate of 99.All data indicators are sustainable and comparable, objectively reflecting the overall situation of China's export enterprises affected by technical trade measures in 2019。
From the perspective of geographical distribution, the direct losses of Guangdong, Shandong and Beijing are higher, accounting for 17 percent of the total direct losses in the country respectively.07%、13.88%、9.77%, the cumulative amount of the three regions accounted for more than 40% of the total national direct losses;Anhui, Shandong and Guangdong provinces and cities added more new capital, accounting for 16 percent of the country's total new capital respectively.5%、15.29%、11.46%, the cumulative amount of the three places accounted for more than 40% of the total new capital in the country。

The technical trade measures affecting the export of China's industrial products are concentrated in five aspects: certification, technical specifications, labels and marks, packaging and information, and environmental protection requirements, and the enterprises that have encountered the above five types of measures when exporting account for 56 of the total number of affected enterprises.42%;The types of technical trade measures that affect the export of agricultural products are concentrated in five aspects: the specification of residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs in food, the request for limits of harmful substances such as heavy metals in food, the request for microbial indicators of food, the request for registration of breeding bases, processing plants and warehouses, and the request for food labels，The proportion of export enterprises affected by the above factors is as high as 60.92%。
In 2019, the proportion of enterprises affected by technical trade measures, the amount of direct losses and new costs showed a significant decline compared with the previous year，The main reason is，Under the joint efforts of government departments, industry associations and enterprises，The recognition of technical trade measures by Chinese export enterprises has made obvious progress，There is growing awareness of participation and proactive response。Survey data show that after encountering foreign technical trade measures, more than 50% of export enterprises can stop consulting and communicating with customs and foreign importers in a timely manner to explore countermeasures。同时，59.72% of enterprises have improved management, 54%.4% of enterprises through market diversification, 45.56% of enterprises through scientific and technological innovation and 43%.84% of the enterprises have adjusted the product structure and actively acted to improve the competitiveness of the product, so as to effectively stabilize and expand the relevant export market。
