Raw materials are very important, which not only involves the import needs to be recorded, but also the import needs do not need 3C。Due to the large proportion of some ingredients, it is necessary to import dual-use items to prove that customers who do not understand the relevant laws and regulations are easy to be deceived, which fundamentally causes great obstacles to imports, and even needs to return。At present, labels involving dangerous coatings need to be labeled with the Chinese label of dangerous coatings, and the packaging needs to meet the packaging requirements of dangerous coatings。
Import paint filing documents need to be submitted:
1.Application form for the record of importing paint;
2.Application for inspection of imported paint;
3.Business license;
4.A description of external compliance;
5.Paint technical parameter table;
6.The sample description is consistent with the original package (e.g. car paint, toy paint, etc.);
7.MSDS。
Introduce the precautions for coating filing:
1, the registration agency shall truthfully and correctly fill in the "Import coating Registration Application Form", and affix the official seal of the import unit and the signature of the legal representative;
2.Copy of "Business License of Enterprise legal Person" provided and stamped with the official seal of enterprise;
3.Submit a statement (including relevant text) from a foreign coating manufacturer on whether the content of hazardous substances in its products conforms to the relevant laws, regulations and technical specifications of the People's Republic of China。Party B shall provide the original of this Contract。
4.Provide the basic composition, grade, model, origin, appearance, label and product instructions and other relevant information of the imported coating products. If it is a foreign product, the import applicant shall translate the information into Chinese and have it stamped by the applicant。
5.When it is necessary to use with it, when the coating needs to use diluent and curing agent, the name and proportion should be explained in the product manual, and the diluent and curing agent samples should be provided。
6.The paint sample provided should be recorded at least 1 kg and the packaging should be original in principle。More than 20 kg of original paint, submitted by the applicant, and can provide a photo of the outer packaging, a set plus 1 kg sample。Please label the package。For interior and exterior paint, wood paint, automobile paint, toy paint, the original packaging sample must be provided, and if it is impossible to provide, the original packaging photos and labels must be provided。
7.Different types of coatings should be registered separately。
8.The record is valid for two years。
9.For the paint without samples in China, you can take the record receipt before the sample is added。
10.The testing period is about 1 and a half months after the sample delivery to issue a report。
