Before signing and filing

Enterprises involved in importing hazardous chemicals must obtain one of the following certificates。

(2) Qualification certificate of Import and export enterprise of the People's Republic of China;
(3) The approval certificate of the People's Republic of China for foreign-invested enterprises;
(4) Taiwan Overseas Chinese investment enterprise approval certificate

For the import and export of hazardous chemicals, the consignee or agent shall submit batch by batch to the inspection and quarantine institution under the jurisdiction of the place of declaration;When declaring, the name of the goods shall be declared according to the name listed in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals, and the following written materials shall be provided:
