1. 委托
The shipper informs the agent to arrange vehicle or container transportation, the sending station and the country and the arrival station, the name and quantity of the goods, the expected transit time, the name of the customer unit, the telephone number, the contact person, etc。
2.Transport document
Shipper and agent need to entrust us in writing:
(1) Transport power of attorney
(2) Declaration power of attorney
(3) Declaration power of attorney
(4) Customs declaration form, customs declaration form (stamped with the special seal of the entrusted unit)
(5)合同
(6)箱单
(7)发票
(8) Commodity inspection release form。
3. 报关
After the shipper has prepared the above documents, it will be sent to the company designated by the agent, and the agent will arrange the port declaration, that is, the customs declaration in Manzhouli, Erenhot, Alashankou, Pingxiang and other places。
4. 发车
According to the transportation plan arrangement notice, the shipper should bring the customs declaration, contract, packing list, invoice, seal and other documents to the port when shipping。If customs declaration is made at the port, documents such as contracts, packing lists, invoices, customs declarations and commodity inspection shall be sent by express to the agency。After the goods are dispatched, the third copy of the waybill shall be delivered to the consignor。
5.Port handover
After the goods arrive at the port, they need to go through customs transfer procedures。After the goods are transferred to the external vehicle transportation, the freight company will inform the shipper of the information such as the loading time and the external vehicle number of the port goods。
6.After the delivery of the goods, the customs declaration is returned to our company, and the freight company returns it to the customer according to the freight payment。
