1. Transport of certain special items:
1.Animals and plants (or animals and plant products)---- a quarantine certificate to be issued by the animal and plant quarantine authority。Note: China Southern Airlines Express warehouse does not accept any live animals and plants, should be delivered to the cargo desk, by China Southern Airlines invoice。
2.Narcotic drugs ---- must be accompanied by a transport certificate issued by the Drug Administration Administration of the Ministry of Health。
3.Audio and video products ---- need to be sent to the provincial social and cultural Management Committee office certificate of audio and video products。
4.Canned liquid and powder articles ---- must have the nature certificate of the manufacturer's articles。
5.Seafood ---- Different places require different seafood packaging。Use the special boxes designated by China Southern Airlines and Baiyun Airport respectively. Foam boxes cannot be installed separately, and carton packaging is required。
6.The glass must be ordered in sealed wooden cases, triangulated。
7.Contraband ---- explosives (such as explosives), compressed and hydraulic gases (such as gas), flammable and explosive liquids or solids, oxidants and organic peroxides (ping-pong balls), drugs and infectious substances (such as white powder), radioactive substances, corrosive substances (such as sulfuric acid), magnetic substances, narcotic substances, batteries, etc.;
二.The volume and weight requirements of the consignment:
1.Minimum volume: Length + width + height ≥40cm Minimum side ≥5cm(except press release goods)
