The shipper arranges the vessel in accordance with the requirements on the shipper's order and sends the notice to the shipper。The shipping notice will indicate the ship name, bill of lading number, delivery address, contact number, contact person, latest delivery time and arrival time。The shipper is also required to deliver the goods according to the information provided and before the latest delivery time。
The shipper conducts customs clearance of the goods to ensure that the goods can be shipped smoothly。
If the shipper faxes the confirmation of bill of lading to the shipper one day before loading, please confirm the return of the shipper before loading, otherwise it may affect the normal issuance of the bill of lading。After sailing, the shipper shall issue the bill of lading within one working day after receiving the shipper's confirmation of the bill of lading, and settle the relevant fees。
After the shipment of the goods, the principal shall provide the port agent information of the target and the second leg pre-allocation information to the shipper, and the shipper may contact the port of destination for customs clearance and delivery according to the relevant information。
